When the user clicked on the invite user button in manage portfolio>users and apps nothing happens.
There are no errors or any message.
Details
- Try clearing the cache and refreshing the browser. Again try adding the user.

Check if the following steps are followed in adding the user and send a reinvite if needed.
- In MANAGE PORTFOLIO > Users & Apps, click on the Invite button in the TOTAL USERS tab.
- Enter the email of the users, select the role for the users, select the domain in which the user should belong, In the dialogue box that opens up.

Click on Invite Users
A message opens up in the same window itself mentioning the email id of the users added.
- Click on the Manage button in the TOTAL USERS tab to see the list of all the users.
- If the user has not received the invite the first time, re-invite can be send again from the row in which the user name is listed. Click on the letter icon for this.
NB: If the user account is SAML enabled, user cannot be invited through the Portfolio Management screen. When SAML is enabled No email invitation is sent to the user.
