When user was trying to do customization for portfolio advisor and when the user tried to upload / download the configuration - the session logged out automatically. Also user got a HTTP 403 Forbidden error
Solution
- Please check whether the user has Root level portfolio manager permission. Downloading the template and Uploading the JSON file can only be done by a portfolio manager of the root domain.
NB: A segmentation group tag must be entered in the space provided before downloading the template. Segment Group Tag will be the identifier for the new segmentation configuration and when the user clicks to “Download”, this identifier will be automatically embedded in the generated segmentation configuration so that it is unique within the portfolio.
