When manual upload was attempted the following errors were seen "Fail (TECHNOLOGY_SCAN_NOT_FOUND)" under status as well as a number of "Fail (DUPLICATE)" errors were seen for CSV files.
Details
Each .csv result file that need to be uploaded can also be uploaded separately but the sequence should be correct. The sequence is normally managed when automatically uploading the zip results.
- The user may have been manually uploading the CloudReady CSV first (which would be causing the 'TECHNOLOGY_SCAN_NOT_FOUND') but Highlight needs the health CSV first. This sequence is normally managed when automatically uploading results.
- Only CSV files in 'Analysis' folder are meant to be uploaded. That is only result CSV files located in HLTemporary/analysis folder should be uploaded.
- Analysis log files should be excluded when csv files are manually uploaded. This file prepend .csv extension with “ .analysislog ”. Also other CSV files (UnknownTechno.csv, PotentialTechnos.csv, technoFound.csv, etc.) are log files and should not be uploaded to the platform
