CAST HIGHLIGHT - Results Upload - Code Reader - CSV file with invalid format. Try to produce a new CSV with the latest Agent.

When trying to upload the results, getting the error "CSV file with invalid format. Try to produce a new CSV with the latest Agent. If still failing contact CAST Support with CSV file". But the user is using the latest version of the Code Reader.

Solution

  1. Check if the files

    detectionErrors.csv
    PotentialTechnos.csv
    technoFound.csv
    technoOutOfContext.csv
    UnknowTechno.csv

    are uploaded.  They  are not meant to be uploaded.  They are for internal use.  
    Only the csv files in the <working Directory>/analysis directory should be uploaded.  
    Nothing in any of the analysis subdirectories should be uploaded.

  2. Check if the error is because the CSV file has been edited afterward, possibly opened and saved with Excel which changed the data structure.
