AIP CONSOLE - AIP node - Installation - Node installation fails with prunsrv error of 1600 was unexpected

When installing AIP node, the following error was encountered from prunsrv:

Using the X86-64bit version of prunsrv

1600 was unexpected at this time

Solution / Explanation

Issue was with the Java installation.  In this case the JAVA_HOME variable was not properly set.  Setting it properly resolved the issue.
