Bug in AIP Documentation: The incident is due to a wrong, missing or incomplete information in the AIP Documentation.
Bug in Product: The incident is a bug in CAST Product
Configuration: The incident is due to a misconfiguration in the use of CAST AIP Product.
Information: The incident is due to information available in CAST Documentation but the Requester was not aware of.
Limitation: The incident is a limitation in CAST AIP Product
Unknown: Requester never answered CAST Technical Support or Requester did not reproduced the incident.
