CAST Imaging - GUI - Login - Warning- No Admin yet

This page helps you to resolve the Admin access issue with Imaging system. When you are logged in as ADMIN you may still get the below warning in the Imaging system:

Step By Step Scenario

  1. Install Imaging system
  2. Login as ADMIN
  3. See the warning

 

Action Plan

If you face this issue then perform the below actions :

  1. Check if the service Neo4j Graph Database- imaging-neo4j is installed as shown in the below Services window:
  2. If the service is not installed you need to do the installation again. Please make sure JDK is present in your machine.
    1. If JDK is not installed, install JDK 
    2. Perform fresh installation of imaging system using Installation and update process 
  3. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input
