CAST Imaging - Export options - Fatal Error - Unsupported scenario -There are multiple applications under same local schema

Step by Step scenario

1. Launch Imaging Export
2. Observe it fails

Action Plan

If the Imaging export fails with the above mentioned error then, please perform the below actions

1. Check the applications stored in local schema using below query :

   select * from usrpro ;

    

   This query is supposed to give 2 rows in the results as shown below ( One with application name and other row for some KB Operation):  If it is resulting with more than 2 row then there are some ghost application objects created. Go to next step for the resolution
   1. 
2. To resolve this run the option 'cleanup desyncronized application' from local schema in CAST-MS as showen below:

3. Once done, launch the Imaging export again.
4. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input
