CAST Imaging release 2.3 - release date: April 7th 2021
The product team is pleased to release a new version of CAST Imaging with many new capabilities and improvements !
New capabilities
- New Shortest path feature for transaction display to avoid having the complete transaction when it's too complex
- Totally revamped "comment" feature which becomes - insert a shape + a text. Note that now, these elements are aligned with nodes even when you zoom in/out. don't forget to save your view!
- a new slider to switch between levels to go faster, to make it more intuitive
- New multiple source code display and improvement of the viewer
- Implementation of a queue system for import of applications
NEW (BETA)
- Build your custom aggregated view directly inside CAST Imaging from an empty page or from the level 5 nodes. A first step to build a functional view before understanding adhrence and cohesion of components. Let's discover this new capability and share your feedback to impact the improvement of it.
Improvement
- Search with more options to facilitate investigation on object name, fullname, regexp...
- New behavior for Object properties panel to avoid display of it when clicking on a node
- App to App dependencies view - links improvements and new capability to investigate around communications
