Engineering Dashboard –

• Tags display in Rule documentation – Users can see the tags in the rule documentation section.
• Action plan recommendation – Users can select a module to plan for improvement specific to that module.
• Automatically enable OMG Technical Debt – OMG Technical Debt will be auto-enabled in Dashboard when CISQ Index filter is used.

Other updates –

• Add APIKEY as an alternative authentication for default.html
