Cast iOS Analyzer 1.0 Beta Release

Released in December 2015, CAST AIP 8.0 introduced support for analyzing web applications. After the coverage of the most popular web app frameworks and libraries, CAST AIP 8.2 (expected for November 2016) will introduce the first industry-grade analyzer for Apple iOS technology, and will include support for Objective-C, the most used iOS programming language. The analyzer will be able to detect end to end transactions across web service call to for example JEE, .NET and Node.js. It will also support a number of quality rules for iOS. Most of the rules are aligned with the CISQ/OMG standard and detect issues related to Security, Efficiency, Maintainability and Reliability. The analyzer is already available as a beta release, and you can join the beta program by contacting the product manager Guillaume Rager.
