Action Plan

The issue occurs because the file - analyzer-config.properties is missing in the %programdata%\AIP Node\  folder.

To solve the issue you need to make sure that this file exists and the contents are present by default. If it does not exist, you can copy it from a different AIP Node installation or request Support to provide it to you.

  1. Once the file is placed in the path %programdata%/AIPNode/, restart both Console and Node Services.
  2. Add new version and run analysis.
  3. If the above steps do not solve your issue contact CAST Technical Support. with the following Relevant input for CAST Technical Support to carry out further investigation.
