User is not able to login to Highlight portal. The message seen is "You have no right to perform operation".

Possible scenarios are
- The user tried to login but is not attached to any company, though the user account is found to be active and invited. A Portfolio Manager should invite the user after attaching the user to a domain/company. User will then get an activation mail to login.
- Highlight active subscription has expired. or there is no active subscription.

Check if there are two instances with the same SAML IDP metadata. This is not supported and will create issue while logging in.

If it is a credentials login, try to use an incognito window.
