CAST HIGHLIGHT - User Administration - Getting an error "Invalid Email" when activating an user account

When the portfolio manager tried to activate a deactivated user account, an invalid email error gets generated.1.JPG

 

Solution

The user account maybe a deactivated or removed account.

  1. Try to deactivate the user  account once again. Please refer CAST HIGHLIGHT - User Administration - How to deactivate or remove an user account from the portfolio
  2. Re-invite the user once again with the email address. While re-inviting do not select the previously detached/renamed login if it is showing up in the selection with any warning icon.
