CAST IMAGING - V3 - Import - Application Import Failed

User is not able to update the applications in Imaging dashboard because of the error Application Import Failed.

The applications are present in the Imaging dashboard and require updating for the latest analysis.
The application can be accessed and the details for the same can be seen.
 

Solution

  1. Confirm if the below CAST services are running.

  2. Check if the application was renamed after the first import. If renamed on the second export the imagignViewerName may have conflicts which might have resulted in update error.
    1. The fix for any renamed app would be to, fetch the imagingViewerName from applications API and include it as a parameter in the exporter command.
      --outputfilename <imagingViewerName>
