CAST HIGHLIGHT - CLI - message: 400 highlight.server.client.applicationresult.date.already.hasresults

User when attempting to update the data within the same day is getting an error on the CLI when processing a 2nd scan. 

Failed to upload submission for application result id='xx' with company [name='XXXX',id='x'] and application [name='xxxx',id=xx] message:
400 highlight.server.client.applicationresult.date.already.hasresults

Details

The closing date of both campaigns are the same. This is an  expected behavior  when creating two campaigns with same closing date and surveys and app.

But if if the scan is done the next day this error is not seen.
