CAST HIGHLIGHT - Results - PPT report extraction is running for long time - File download failed

Through application results, when the user tried to extract ppt report it is running for long time and user do not receive any email. When the user tried the report extraction again the user got the following error. 

File download failed! Only one report running at a time per user. Try again when last report is complete.

Workaround or Action Plan

Report requests go to a queue and are served as they come. Once this report will be generated, the link to download this report will be sent by email.
The reason you see the message Download failed is because the previous report request is still not complete.

  • Inform CAST Support about the long duration so that they can check the queue and unblock it if any issues persist.
  • Meanwhile do not requeue multiple requests.
