User tried to download the latest CLI for Highlight from both the HL doc site and HL site . On running it was found not to be the latest version.

This is found to be not happening when down loaded in other locations. So this might be due to restrictive firewall settings for the user.
Customer proxy or firewall was found to be altering the jar, rendering it totally unusable. User asked their Network team to download the CL tar.gz , bypassing proxy/firewall and got the proper version.
