CAST HIGHLIGHT - Survey - How to update existing surveys for several apps to include custom question?

New custom question can be added to already exiting completed surveys by triggering a new campaign to fill the answer for the custom question only. In this method the survey answers for the already completed surveys will be retained.

Action Plan

To include the custom question to an existing survey while retaining the survey answers the campaign should be duplicated. To duplicate a campaign it is a must that the existing campaign is closed. To attain the closed status all the pre-existing surveys in the campaign are already completed & submitted.

To do this 

1. Go to MANAGE SURVEYS create the custom question attach it to the existing custom survey.
2. Go to MANAGE CAMPAIGNS
3. Click on the Arrow icon to duplicate the selected existing campaign. Please Refer the below screenshot.​
4. In the Create New Campaign box that opens up include the modified custom survey with the added question .Please refer the below screenshot ​
5. The duplicate copy of the campaign will now be listed in the list of campaigns. Start the duplicate campaign.
