CAST Highlight application home page looks like it is going into a loop of refreshing itself. It’s not stable and none of the users can log in.
Workaround or Action Plan
Check if you are able to open the website in another machine or network, if yes then the issue is with the company network due to policies.
On inspecting using the console mode in chrome (press F12 to go to console mode) we can see that the website has been forbidden by the company network and hence was not able to open on the browser:
Check with your IT why the website has been blocked and if there is an issue with the company network/VPN.
