Contributor details are not retrieved by the below single API call

https://rpa.casthighlight.com/WS2/domains/<domain_id>/campaigns/<compaign_id>

Details 

For contributor details you need to use the separate API call as explained in the below documentation. It is not possible to retrieve this detail from single API call.
