CAST HIGHLIGHT - CLI - Export command is giving Connectivity errors

While running the export command in highlight, network/connectivity errors are seen

Details

This usually happens when there is

  • a network/credential issue or
  • the command is being run when there is a firewall present preventing the connection.

You need to confirm that the host name is correct and that you are able to connect to the host with your credentials. Also it need to be made sure that the firewall, if present, is not preventing the connection.
