How is recommended effort calculated for software maintenance?

In the software maintenance survey, you need to give some value for the below question to have recommended effort for software maintenance (FTE): 
What is the percentage of change to the base code for this application over the last 12 months?​
The formula uses the value from that survey question to calculate the Effort which is then used in calculating recommended effort.

NOTE : Also another thing to note is that when the application size is small and the base code change percentage is less than or equal to 15, the FTE will be 0 as the effort is too small to consider. 

In some Excel and API exports, the CloudReady Effort estimates are expressed in minutes. In the dashboards, the estimates are translated in person / days, with 8 hours per day
