For Downloading survey questions and results in Excel, proceed to APPLICATION RESULTS > EXPORT DATA (in CSV). The export will contain survey questions and results.
Details
To export all survey results (from different campaigns).
- Go to Application Results dashboard; click "Export Data" button.
- Select CSV tab of export dialogue.
- Make sure the option "Export most recent results only" is set to No.
- Click on Export Data.
- Save the Zip file and extract the text files from it.
- Import the "surveyResults.txt" into Excel.
To view survey results by application ID
In the Excel sheet filter the column using application id
To view survey results by application name
In the Excel sheet filter the column using application name.
NB: The Excel file is protected on purpose to avoid manipulation of structure and data that would break the integration with the platform and possibly corrupt user data, introduce risks like injection,
