The results of Custom Indicators are not seen in the Custom dashboard.
Details
- The results of Custom Indicators are seen in the Custom Indicator View but not in the Custom dashboard.
- Business Impact for the particular application/s should also be calculated. which is the reason why Custom Indicators is not showing on the custom dashboard. This is because Business Impact is displayed on the vertical axes and the custom Indicator is displayed in the horizontal axis.
- The survey response should not have any incoherent answers / empty answers as it will impact the result of the analysis.
- Custom indicators can be implemented only in a root domain, in a sub-domain it might not work.
- Only root-level portfolio managers can access “Manage Custom Indicators” which is part of the “Manage Portfolio Menu”.
