When a user is setup as an Application Contributor, the user is not getting the email invite to activate the users account.
Work Around / Action Plan
The issue occurs when the user is an application contributor without any application attached to the user.The work around is to Enroll the user as a Domain Contributor Instead and the user will be able to log in. For this either
- Assign your user to a specific application or
- Change your user from an application contributor to a domain contributor (no application needs to be assigned then)
Also please make sure that the id being registered is an actual user e-mail id and not something like a distribution list id
