Follow the below steps to delete a closed campaign.
In order to delete a campaign, all application results must be deleted first. Once done, the trash icon can be seen to be available for the campaign in MANAGE CAMPAIGNS and the user can delete the campaign.
Please note that if the application results are not deleted you will not be able to find delete option for a closed campaign.
1. For a closed campaign as shown below you will not have the delete icon.
2. Look for the application results under APPLICATION SCANS
3. Delete the application results.
4. You will now be able to see the delete icon under campaigns in MANAGE CAMPAIGNS
5. You can now delete the desired campaign.
