User is getting the error "You don't have access to this application. Please contact your administrator." while try to access Imaging Viewer for any application from the console Home page. The issue is the same, even when using the admin profile.
Reason
User has chosen distributed deployment mode during migration and defined localhost as hostname in config-all.conf during installation. Imaging backend service which was installed in a different VM was trying to use localhost to communicate with auth-proxy which is in other VM.
in distributed deployment mode it should be ensured that only host names are defined instead of localhost in config-all.conf or the appropriate conf file ( in distributed mode).
