Explanation
Check the component list. Component lists are found in the framework.validate csv in the scan result folder.
In order for the OSS to be calculated there should be third part components in the results scan,
Open-Source Safety indicates the use of 3rd-party components that comply with security, license and age requirements. This index from 0 (low safety) to 100 (high safety) is an average of the three main scores for measuring Open Source/Third-Party component risk:

So it is expected that 100 is seen for Open Source Safety, as there are no third-party component found in the scan results.
