CAST IMAGING – V3 – MCP Server - Getting 500 error after enabling SSL using reverse proxy

After enabling SSL using reverse proxy 500 error is seen.

Explanation

After enabling SSL using reverse proxy, imaging-viewer services was not restarted and Imaging-API service was using the old value of keycloak-uri which caused this issue.

1. Restart imaging-api service
2. Check imaging-api.log to see if keycloak-uri is correct, Check control_panel, properties schema for the correct keycloak uri value.

NB: The default log path is: \ProgramFiles\CAST\Imaging-MCP-Server\logs

Default installation path is: \ProgramData\CAST\Imaging-MCP-Server\setup-config
