Initial splash page appears but disappears after a few seconds without launching the SBOM manager.
Action Plan
- Open the system tray icon, right click on the SBOM Manager icon and click on “Open browser”.
- Try running from a command prompt and see if there are any error messages. (default is C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Programs\sbom-manager\sbom-manager.exe)
- Check if there are any firewall/windows defender blocking the running of the application.
- Check the Internet Access. Since the product interacts with CAST Highlight’s SCA database, the machine where the product will be running requires access to the Internet.
- Check if there are any other applications running on port 9001.
- Try installing and running as administrator.
