CAST SBOM Manager - Login - Unable to connect with the supplied credentials and Reset Owner Account

User is not able to access SBOM Manager. When attempting to login,user is getting the error "Unable to connect with the supplied credentials" and when using the "Forgotten Credentials" option is getting the message "Reset Owner Account".

Workaround

Delete or back up by renaming the original "scar.yml" file. The file "scar.yml" should be found in the user folder. It will be in a hidden folder named ".scar" found inside the numbered folder shown below.
