CAST SBOM Manager - Configuration - Clicking on the Configure button generates the error 404 and 400

When the "Configure" button for configuring the scanners is clicked, 404 and 400 error is generated. 

Action Plan

1. Check the SBOM Manager logs found at C:\Users\{user}\.scar\log   and  the content of .scar/preferences/scanners.json. Try to get the detailed steps carried out by the user, which may have led to the issue.

In this specific  scenario user initially configured the wrong path to the repository, SBOM file was generated, which then was deleted. The attempt to reconfigure to point to the correct repository, led to this issue. 

1. 1. 1. Stop the SBOM Manager.

      2. Remove this .scar/preferences/scanners.json file.

      3. Relaunch SBOM Manager and reconfigure paths.
