CAST HIGHLIGHT - Token Management - API Access Token - Token expires in N?A minutes.Call API using header Authorization: Bearer your token"

When user tried to generate access token user is getting the error, "Token expires in N?A minutes.Call API using header Authorization: Bearer your token"

 

Action Plan

1. Check the value of token validity, configured in TOKEN MANAGEMENT page of the portal.
2. Check whether token management is activated.  Token management should be enabled and values configured first , then token can be generated.

3. Try in incognito mode or try with a different browser.

4. Check whether the  SECRET answer entered is  long enough. It should be more than 20 characters.
5. Check whether the latest version of Highlight is used.
