CAST HIGHLIGHT - Results Upload - Insights for some technos cannot be seen

After uploading all the different csv files for different technos, user is  not able to see the health insights for some technos.

 

Workaround

  1. Try to delete the CSV. 
  2. Try to upload the HighlighResult zip file again
  3. If the issue is still not resoved please contact CAST Technical Support
