CAST HIGHLIGHT - Campaigns - Modified survey details of a closed campaign not getting reflected in the results

Survey results are not getting updated when survey details for an old campaign with closed status was changed. 

 

Workaround

The closing date of the campaign is in the past. When a campaign is edited, it is always recommended to have the closing date as a future date. This is the reason why changes in the results are not seen.

 

As a workaround, either

  • Change the campaign closing date to a future date or
  • Create a new campaign and change the survey details.
