Business Impact surveys though completed for several scanned applications are not getting acknowledged or calculated at the portfolio level.
Workaround
- Check if the code scan campaign is still pending.
- Check if any customization of the BI indicator is causing this.
- Check the campaign date, the survey date needs to be set before the one on the scan. If the survey date is not set before the one on the scan resolve the issue by doing the following.

- Editing the survey only campaign for the applications.
- Modifying the date so that it was one day earlier.
- Hitting start and stop on the survey only campaign.
