User is getting the message "No user found with this login" when trying to login.
Action Plan
Check the following
- Confirm whether user is trying to log into Highlight from the server where the user account exists. For eg if the account exists in https://cloud.casthighlight.com user cannot login from any other Highlight instance like https://rpa.casthighlight.com or https://demo.casthighlight.com.
- Check whether user account is not detached from the Highlight instance and that the user account exists and is registered in Highlight. This can be cross checked with the users Highlight portfolio manager. If detached or user account do not exist user can ask the users portfolio manager to reinvite the user once again.
- Check whether the user is using the proper credentials to login. Whether the proper login id/email-id is used by the user can be cross checked by the users portfolio manager at MANAGE PORTFOLIO > Users & Apps
- Check whether the subscription period for Highlight has ended.
- Check whether the user account is setup as a credential user (vs. AD or SAML)

Check whether login is possible after cleaning the cache or with a different browser.

Try login in using the incognito/private mode.

Check whether there are any errors showing when using the browser debugging tools (normally F12 in a browser).
