CAST HIGHLIGHT - Green Impact Survey - Tiles are greyed even though there are survey answers

Green Impact Survey tiles are greyed even though there are survey answers:  

 

 

Workaround or Action Plan 

1. Click the ‘Recompute’ button for  GreenSoftwareIndex indicator, check if it  solves the problem.
2. Check in the instance, if the prepopulated values for the survey question are 0, as the questions and answer weights has to be defined for the Green Insights indicator. If not, add the weights manually to see the results in the Green Impact survey dashboards.
