User is unable to see the password field when clicking on "Next" in the login page after entering the username. The error message received is "An error has occurred"
Action Plan
- Confirm if the subscription is renewed/active for the Highlight account. The password field appears only upon user id validation.
- Check whether the user is trying to login to the correct server in which the users portfolio is hosted. That is if the portfolio is hosted on Azure (https://cloud.casthighlight.com), the user should not try to login to the AWS server (https://rpa.casthighlight.com)
- Clear browser cache or try with a different browser.
- Try to login once again after enabling incognito mode in the browser.
- Check if the user is a portfolio manager but has application contributor role for some applications. Check if removing the application contribution link to these apps for the user account solves the issue.
