Action Plan

  1. Make sure that you have enough resources for the operation to be successful.  You may need to increase CPU, memory, paging space, and/or disk space to have the operation successfully complete.  Check the system event logs and CAST logs for errors related to this in case of failure.  Some failures you may see related to insufficient resources are:
    1. [WinError 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
    2. System cannot open the file
    3. The paging file is too small for this operation
  2. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and  provide the following Relevant Input
