Action Plan

  1. Several errors encountered during import may actually be memory errors.  These will generally show up in the imaging-etl.log file indicating Java heap space errors.  In this case, follow this documentation page:  Optimize Neo4j memory allocation
  2. If you are using powershell, then as a workaround, you can do the export and import manually using Two step export and import process.
  3. If the problem you are facing does not match any case listed in this page, report your problem to CAST Technical Support and provide the following Relevant Input
