[AIPConsole] Scan is marked failed if the code delivery has no change and option for Delivery Strategy is activated

When Delivery Strategy Option "Stop delivery If there is no code change" is activated in AIPConsole and the user triggers a rescan using the same code as the previous scan, then AIPConsole marks the status as "Last execution ended as error". See next screenshot.



 
When we see the application "Last Action Status" it is marked as RED and when you click it marked as error at Delivering Version but it stopped there due to no change in the code. 
 
So AIPCOnsole did what it was supposed to do and it should be marked as a success, not an error. 
 

 
 
NTRS is using Bamboo to run the automated scan and, due to the issue explained above, the Bamboo plan is marked as failed and it triggers a ticket for their internal team to investigate, which adds a lot of extra work for the customer. 
 
If the expected behavior of AIPConsole is to stop because of no change in the code then it should be marked as a success.
