Health dashboard | setting up technology preference | Dashboard should show the results based on the preference

Expected : Need to view technology wise TQI  for  complete applications

Observed : If a particular group of applications and a technology is selected , the TQI in Overview is the aggregation of all the applications using that technology present under the group is getting displayed. (Screenshot 1)

It does not display the aggregation of technology wise TQI. (Screenshot 2)
