We have seen many instances where even after completing the snapshot OK button is not getting enabled for quite a long time as shown in the screen shot below
When verified the CAST-MS log we could see snapshot completed successfully. This could happen when the garbage collector is emptying the java process which are not being used.
In such a situation go to the task manager and kill the process of Java related to CAST MS as shown in the screenshot below which will resolve the issue.

I think before killing the process we need to balidate the analysis units whether they are successfully run by running few queries present here related to objects:

For snapshot we need to check few queries from here:
https://doc.castsoftware.com/display/TG/SQL+Queries+-+CAST+Central+Base
If all is well then we can go ahead and kill the process.
