Wsdl Port Operations objects didn't get Analyzed and also a missing link identified

On 8.2.3. environment, we had used "SOA UA assistant" Universal analyzer to analyze the wsdl files.
As it was custom UA job we had to handle the linking manually through a content enrichment job
Now, we are not using the "SOA UA assistant" as the product has started supporting analysis of .wsdl files and it is expected from the product to have these links created.Also, as part of modernization, we are not supposed to use any custom jobs for link creation and everything is expected out of the box from product.
Expectation is to have the wsdl port operations objects get Analyzed and have the link between C# Method to wsdl port operation
