Integrated Dashboard in Console and LDAP Group authorization currently require an unrestricted key

The integrated dashboard in Console currently requires an unrestricted dashboard key (vs. a restricted one).

Also, authorizing a dashboard with LDAP groups requires an unrestricted key.  FYI - LDAP group authorization cannot be done in the Console integrated dashboard.

A restricted key looks something like this:

<customer>:1;2/2:<date or unlimited>:XXXXXXX

while an unrestricted key looks something like this:

<customer>:1;Unrestricted:<date or unlimited>:XXXXXXX
