Option in Health Dashboard to view ALL technical artifacts of the application

App teams accessing the HD are keen to look at all the technical artifacts of the application. Dashboard provides a view to check the AFP for the application and option to download a report for all AFP, requesting for a similar option for all the technical artifacts of the application.

The end users do not have access to TCC which provides a dump of all the technical artifacts, hence requesting for this to be added to the dashboard.
