[AIP] [App Scan] CMake discover support

During our efforts to automate CAST application scans in our SDLC pipelines, we are having challenges with C++ technology as we do not use Visual Studio in our build system, which hinders our automated re-scan operations.

Is it possible to have CMake discoverer to parse "CMakeLists.txt" build configuration scripts and to identify source files/directories, includes, etc. to create/update the appropriate analysis units in CMS
