Violations showing as added/deleted with the same source code - update CAST and extensions

If you are seeing added/deleted violations with the same source code, please make sure that your CAST version and extensions are up to date.

Especially for the following products and versions:

CAST 8.3.25 and above should be used as there was a re-engineering of the saving mechanism which had potential to cause some of these issues in the code.

JEE 1.2.12 should be used as this has solved some stability issues in this analyzer that might have resulted in this behavior.

HTML5 2.0.18 also solved some issues when using older versions of this analyzer.
